Does the Paul R. Tregurtha have a new captain yet?

No, there is not a new permanent captain. Probably wont be one until next season.

Keep in mind that even when a new captain is assigned, that individual might prefer to keep a low profile instead of having their name and status as captain of the PRT plastered all over the internet. If that is their wish it should be respected.

I wasn't asking who he/she was. I was just curious if someone has taken over as the permanent captain.
