Saltie's name???

Friends of ours saw a saltie downbound several days ago in the lower St. Mary's River. They said the name on it was "Navibulgar". I have searched down bound out to St. Lawrence Seaway. Nothing. Ship was red. That is all the information I got. They never heard of such a name. I asked if they were sure, as it didn't sound right. Any ideas? Thanks.

Just found out. Navibulgar was the company name of the saltie. The boats name is Lyulin. Interesting.
