VanEnkevort TB paint jobs

After seeing recent pictures of some of the VanEnkevort boats, it appears the forecastles of Michigan Trader and Great Lakes Trader are being repainted in a creme color.  I have also seen some shots with Dirk appearing to partially painted creme. Is this something they are doing or just the angle/lighting that makes it appear this way?

Considering that pretty much all of the domestic fleets have white cabins, seeing VanEnkevort repainting their cabins in 'cabin creme' is a welcome change. reminiscent of ON/Columbia. This also puts them closer to having a consistent paint scheme throughout their fleet, with only Clyde VanEnkevort and the Erie Trader's black hulls being the only inconsistency. With that pair nearing their 10th season of operation, a full repainting during the next 5 year looks likely.
