As noted on the links page, the links are in the process of being updated. But it is honestly a very time consuming and monotonous process. Currently they have been updated through the Government Tab, (alphabetically by tab).
Given the power of Google and other search engines, and the fact that considerable time and effort is required to keep the links page updated, it has been debated (internally at BoatNerd) if this page should be continued or eliminated. User feedback would be appreciated. If people still use the BoatNerd Links Page, I will place more priority on updating it.
