Curious about why power has remained on for PRT and Barker ever since layed up Duluth Harbor? Ongoing maintenance? Have been able to see steam since docked.

I note in today's great pics (Port Reports) that the top part of the Iver's mast is lowered about 45 degrees I assume for bridge clearance. Is this a required capability for masts over a certain length? Who is responsible for ordering this function -- pilot, captain, mate ? A manual or motorized ...

Agree that the new format is an ongoing process. Would hope that those frustrated would hang in there and keep reading and trying the site out. It has already improved markedly since opening up. It also helps to clear your browser history.
