Have you seen Joe Pera Talks With You?  It's available on Adult Swim and HBOMax.  It takes place in Marquette, MI and it is shot there and in Milwaukee, WI.  I think they capture the right "feel."

Anyway, 45 seconds into this episode (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSUilYKcRMA), the camera pans to Joe sitting in bed in front of a painting of what appears to be a Great Lakes freighter.  Can anyone ID it or the artist?
