On the right side of this photo is the stern of another ship secured at the fitout wall.  Can anyone identify this hsip?

The new Navibulgar ships, Kom (IMO 9905708) and Bogdan (IMO 9905710), both have IMO numbers starting with 99.  The numbers issued are progressing upward with some speed.  What is the IMO going to do once they reach the maximum 7 digit number, 9999999?

Lovely shot of the Kaye E Barker today Roger!  Very crisp, from the buoy all the way back to the windmills.  Great portrayal of shipping and near shore.

It all comes down to costs.  Flags of Convenience offer savings that cannot be matched by "First World" countries.

Sorry, can't id the ship.  Looks like the photo was taken from Lock 3 looking north toward the Homer Bridge.  Before the Skyway was built so early 1963 or previous to that year.
