To me it looks like the cribbing the locomotive and tender are on is actually a stack of flat cars minus their trucks.  It also looks as if there are a bunch more stacked up on the dock.

Saturday evening (9-25-21), Algoma Conveyor is off the North Entry showing a destination of Hancock.  Looks like she is stopped out in the lake at the moment.  AIS past track doesn't seem to indicate a split load, at least not that I can see.

I believe the first of them, the Algoma Innovator, is inbound from the north end of the canal right now (Sunday morning 9-19-21).  I believe it delivered a partial load in Duluth before coming to Hancock.
