I've noticed that the Oberstar has been at the Belle Isle anchorage all day Sunday. Destination says "Dearborn". No vessels at the Rouge dock there. Doesn't seem like any significant vessels in the way. Any idea what's going on? Too much rain and outflow from the river causing current issues is all I can surmise at this point.
